We have preferred arrangements with national PPO networks as well as provide direct negotiation for discounts on bills outside the networks. As your TPA we rarely pay “retail” on any allowable plan expense and believe that the best “discount” is not paying expenses at all when we find that are not eligible, covered elsewhere or fraudulent.
